Cancellation Policy

All bookings require a deposit at time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or in the case of a no-show. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full deposit refund. For outdoor services affected by severe weather, deposits carry over to a rescheduled date.
